Hello to the Forum, I have been lurking here for a couple of months and decided to get some input. I bought a Zumo 550 off Ebay about 7 months ago, the seller was very helpful and sent extra parts that he initially forgot on the original shipment.

I have a Garmin 255w and found wpt with a number in my favorites is that normal. There was almost 300 of these files

Has anyone received their replacement Nuvi from Garmin yet?

If so, how long did it take for Garmin to turn things around in your favor?

Okay Thing I knwo that Reality View on works in Garmin nuvi And i own A c510.
So my qusetion Is
Can I change The product A to The Nuvi product Code
Or Do it more Realistic can i USe a Nuvi Firmware on A
Garmin C510 Deluxe steertPilot.
and is Three Any Way to get Reality View On Garmin streetpilot C510 Deluxe.

I picked up a Nuvi case at Buy.com - it was less than $7. Of course, the shipping is almost as much as the case. But, it was still cheaper than paying almost $16 at Best Buy + tax. The Buy.com price was the cheapest I've found online.

Can someone post an easy procedure for getting traffic light cameras etc on your nuvi? A help link next to the download button would also help.

I keep only getting two cameras, and I get a box telling me that the files are corrupt.

Hopefully you can see the problem that I, and many new users, are having.

Hi All,

I was looking through the debug screens on my 760 and noticed that the Audio Output Test Page has an FM Property Value set at 19kHz and has Up and Down buttons under it that can change this value.

So, a question to all the Nuvi Gurus out there...

If we change this value, would it help boost the power of the FM transmitter to give us a better signal in cluttered FM areas?

I just found out that the garmin's don't have Bass Pro Shops as a POI. I found this site that gave me details on how to upload new POI's to my garmin. I followed all the instructions, I saved the Bass Pro POI file to my desktop, then went to Garmin and install the POI loader software, I followed all the directions and it gave me the message that 56 new POI's had been installed to my GPS.

Ok, there's probably an answer to this question somehwere on the garmin site or here, but I havent found it yet.

I suspect i know what the source of the problem is, but i;'ll get to that after the explanation of the problem.

I have installed it on my 885T and upgrade went well and everything is normal so far with no problems.

Does anyone know how to locate the Garmin Logo files on the Nav? I have it plugged in the USB thinking I could find them ....

The idea . .. . I'm a graphic designer (we all are) . . looking to take the garmin logo .. and swap it with my own little start-up image ... thought it would be cool to manipulate it PERSONALLY.

I'm laughing about it, because I normally read instructions .. but this time i got cocky.

Anyway, I've downloaded and Uploaded about 5 POI's .. with pics and souns .. but did not change the pics and sounds name to match.

Is there a way to delete these, or will it automatically overwrite the POI files that were uploaded?

Any help is great.

OK, I have a couple of hundred bucks in gift cards and rewards at BestBuy. I'm willing to kick in another hundred or so towards a new Garmin. I want to give my SP340c to my wife to keep in her car, and I want to get a new GPSr. I would like some of the bells and whistles, but not all. I would like TTS, turn by turn, "where am I?', lane assist and that kind of stuff.

I'm currently looking at Nuvi 755T on Amazon. I'd have bought it when it was $294, but I missed it thinking it might go down further on Father's Day.

Any thoughts?

Supposedly they are a step up from the Oregon line.

I have the nuvi 350, and one problem I have is that it always navigates me towards the 407 as opposed to the 401. The 407 is a toll highway here in Ontario, Canada.

Is there anyway to ensure the nuvi will always navigate me to the 401 and not the 407?
