No problems installing 5.80 from ver 5.50 directly from my garmin dashboard. Will see later this week if it addresses many of the usability issues (such as tracback, intelligent navigating from imported tracks etc)

I have a Garmin Nuvi 2555LMT. I am trying to create a route in MapSource, or Basecamp to import into the GPSr. Can the 2555LMT import routes from the computer?

I created a GPX files and I would like to include icons on files instead of dots. How do I go about it. Anyone can help me that would be great.

Has been suggested I give to my worst enemy, which one, hard to choose.

My nuvi 750 is not working correctly. After start up you can only touch the sceen about 3 or 4 times and it locks up. No more touches of the screen do anything. Unplug and no stay on/turn off message comes up, just shuts off. I did get it to find a location but as soon as "jill" told me where to go that's all just froze. Any ideas?

I am posting the following information so that it may benefit anyone that may need to organize their map data on a MicroSD card. This information was based on trial and error in addition to posts from this and other GPS user group sites. I do not claim to understand or know about any established or "official" file structure rules, but can attest that the following does work with my 1490T.

Looking at live traffic at Navteq, I see the following picture:

Then on my Garmin 765t with working Navteq traffic subscription, and with traffic icon on the screen, I create directions that go through the streets that on the image above are yellow, those in the triangle in the center (Milwaukee - Harlem - Oakton)

I've searched and can't find anything, is there a comparison chart somewhere that compares different automobile Garmin GPS receivers and their features?

Now I know there are Posts and maybe a FAQ to give me instructions to install the NA 2013.20 Map to my Nuvi 2455LMT but I just cant find it for the life of me...

If someone could point me to the right posts/faq/etc... I would be most appreciated!

City Navigator North America NT 2013.20 - MAP+3D+HT+PA+P, July 12
with a lifetime subscription for a nüvi® 3490LMT

Would I gain anything by purchasing the CityXplorer Toronto map.

Can somebody refresh my memory, is this the biggest Garmin display since the Garmin StreetPilot 7200/7500 series?

Is it possible to increase the travel speed when running the simulator?

Not sure which Garmin models have "Map Themes" available but I found that changing this on mine (under SETTINGS, NAVIGATION, AUTOMOBILE, and then MAP THEME) had a huge impact on screen visibility. For those who can change their map themes, hope this helps summarize things a little. I couldn't find this anywhere on-line and it really does have a huge impact.

How do I load the Moose Lodges to my Garmin 50?

New guy here.

I just picked up a Garmin 1450 with lifetime Maps and Traffic. Updated the latest maps and everything ran well for a while.

About a week ago, the Green traffic button disappeared. I did a factory reset, and re updated the maps but nothing changed.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Since I updated my Garmin to City Navigator NA 2013.20 I lost all of my lane assists. I still have junction views. Does anyone hhave any suggestions or have experienced a similar problem.

Hi..just created 8 routes for my trip out west.

Day 1.... send to GPS(Nuvi 465T)... Not there..

Day 2...Day 7 and so on... nowhere to be found.. I am confused as to why they are not showing up.

I have done this in the past and it worked..

What am I doing wrong
