Extra POI Editor Replacement?

Apologies. I didn't see an existing thread to ask this, so I decided to start a new one.

I used TurboCCC's Extra POI Editor to create and maintain my POI files, including one or two files that are posted on POI Factory. It was great, but that application appears to be no longer maintained. Does anyone know of a replacement? What do y'all use these days?

Google Maps Issues

Google Maps, started charging apps like EPE to use the info. It wasn't practical for Turbo CC to continue. However, I understood that Turbo CC wasn't well and has since disappeared from the system.

Any other programs that I used had the same issue with Google Maps.

I was using it to update and create new files, by manually entering the GPS Coordinates from Google Earth, but recently, it was freezing and the only way to get out of it, was to restart my computer.

I now find, that it's easiest to gust use Basecamp and export as a gpx file.

I Use

I use Basecamp and Google Earth on a split screen. A bit more cumbersome than EPE, but it works fine.

Same for me

I take the same approach. Not as easy as EPE, especially, if you have quite a few to locations to enter.

I'm not aware of any other app, that will work like EPE, mainly due to the costs associated to linking to Google Maps.
