garmin nuvi 3760 LMT
I just bought a garmin 3760 lmt.
i am having trouble loading poi.
i read some where that the 3760 lMT does not load POI.
any one have a answer.

Ice Skating Rinks in the U.S.
I wanted to contribute to the site and I searched and didnt find a nationwide list. If there is more interest in a state by state list, please advise and I will coordinate that as well. Thanks, Matt

File correction needed, how do I notify author?
The file is MA plumbing supply houses. The wrong location is Ferguson Supply, Natick location. What is listed as the Natick location is the Brighton location.
They are both the same location. Who do I sent this to, how do I go about getting this corrected? I'm new to this. Thank you for your help.

BofA POI file discussion
Just updated the BofA POI file in time for your trip tomorrow. That is, if you are traveling in the NE USA.
Just added 104 new locations (deleted 21 closed) and the file is sorted by Zip Code (up to Florida) so you can easily edit it.

Ohio Barn Quilts, By County, Project
I have been working on a project involving the locations of Ohio Barn Quilts. What I would like to do is on a basic level is verify the GPS locations of all or most of the barn quilts and include their names in the state of Ohio by county files then one larger statewide file.

Not sure who's in charge of that POI file, but here is a correction:

Metro NY current filming locations
How about a POI file listing where in the NY metro area there are film projects.
There is usually a lot of commotion with all the fans & paparazzi & bystanders.
This would be a very dynamic POI project, changing weekly sometimes daily. I don't know how to keep this current. Some possible sources for obtaining future film locations:

Massachusetts State Police locations.
I got the bug in me to get this done once and for all so I created (and have uploaded) a GPX file with this content.
I encourage other members in other states to do the same thing so that all states can be done accuratly.

Sears Department Store Locations Needed
I am trying to enter all Sears Department Store locations into MapPoint as well as my garmin. Does anyone have a complete listing in Excel format?

Chesapeake fishing hot spots
I would like to start a POI or have someone point me to a place to get Chesapeake fishing hot spots that I can load into my Garmin.
Can you use the Garmin POI for their Chart plotter? I just purchased a new 441S unit. It would be nice to load it with fishign hot spots in the Maryland area.

How about a Celebrity Grave Site POI
I've been thinking. I've been interested in Cemeteries and researching them for years, my GPS cemetery alert even says, "Larry, there are some dead people ahead!" One Hollywood cemetery, I found, has almost 50. I've searched and I haven't seen a POI file of Celebrity Grave Sites on the Factory. I know we have the Presidents one.

Bank of America Update/Discussion
All,
All BofA ATM's and/or Branches in ME, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY and NJ are verified.
The list was at 9,515 entries last August and is now at 9,683 entries.
As I go through and make the changes, I am sorting by Zip Code. This not only makes it easier for me, but easier for you as well. I can find an entry much quicker and you can customize the file much easier.
Altitude and mountain pass POI's
has anyone ever created a poi for mountain passes.
for example:
Rogers pass BC Canada
Kicking horse pass BC
4th of July pass Idaho US
Etc.
you can buy a "mountain directory west" and "montain directory East" for Rv and truckers, but it's all paper.
Sure would be nice to know what grade length and altitudes you would be dealing with in the GPS program before yo got to it...
