How about you making one, the POI files are very easy to make and it gives you a chance to contribute to our community, so how about it?
Start by finding a place that list all the CarMax locations, then find the LAT/LON for each using your favorite map program and after you have that information just go to the FAQ to learn how to make the file and upload to POI Factory.

Easy one to do
This would be a nice one for you to start with. There are about 100 locations.
Use EPE (extra poi editor), put the address in, get the latitude and longitude from the program, save as a csv.
You can verify locations using google earth, mapquest, or any number of others.
