You trying to give me a heart attack? evil There would be a revolt or at least utter chaos if they ever tried to close the ones up here in Canada.

Darn, not before I can visit, please

What was on the menu, anyway ? Is it worth a trip from Southern France ? And how was the service ? I'm always wary of places where you're being attended to by a "waiter", what is he waitin' for anyway ?

Ain't nuthin' never just right to do the things you wanna do when you wanna do them, so you best just go ahead and do them anyway ! (Rancid Crabtree, from Pat F McManus fame)

A Canadian Institution

Tim Horton's is a Canadian institution. In downtown Toronto there is a Timmy's on almost every corner and there would be a line up at every one of them! There's a rumour that some type of addictive substance is added to the coffee grounds because people will literally drive miles out of their way to get in line.

BTW, we are FINALLY getting a Timmy's here - so it looks like Drumheller is officially on the map!

Tim Horton was a great defencemen who played for the Toronto Maple Leafs when they actually won the Stanley Cup (43 years ago). He set up the coffee shop for his retirment, but died in an automobile accident during the twilight of his career.

I drink way too much coffee, but I'm not really a Timmy's fan. I don't like waiting in line for a cup of coffee.

too soon

Gone before I ever got to try it out. But it's tough to compete against Dunkies in New England.

Good place to stop

Tim Horton's is hard to beat for coffee or donuts. My wife and I stopped at our first one in Canada doing the Fundy trail.Didn't miss to many more after that.Wish we had more in USA.
