Bandana's BBQ

Came across some great BBQ in Rolla, MO last night. Currently it is in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. The pulled pork has a wonderful smoke ring and bark and is served directly from the smoker. Five sauces are on the table so you can pick your favorite but the meat doesn't need any. I've started a file using the Rolla location and will add the rest after the New Year.

Look up this new chain at www.bandanasbbq.com if you like Pork, Beef, Turkey, Ribs or Chicken BBQ and are in or will be traveling through one of the above states. You won't be disappointed.

It stared in St. Louis and there are several there.
NOT TO BE MISSED if you are in the area.

Even if you don't load the list as POIs, just a printed copy would be useful.

2nd Try

The pulled pork was just as good (if not better) traveling East to West as it was going West to East. If I were living or frequently traveling in these states I would severely cut back on smoking my own pulled pork. (In my Big Green Egg--of course.)

TheProf now has the POI file and I thank him for his work in putting it together.

.......the smoked TURKEY. Delightful.
Many other BBQ places don't have that on the menu.
