When I noticed the post about the new version I updated my nuvi 3590 and maps on my computer with no issues.

MAP
I just finished downloading the map to my GPSs 855LM,2595LMT and 3790LMT. I checked the box download map to the GPS and computer. I can only find one map. Shouldn't I have 3 maps.

Garmin POI for Schools
Since Garmin has schools listed on it's installed products, why can't they allow us to turn on proximity alerts for them? Wouldn't this be good citizenship?

Deleting files from the Garmin NUVI 40
When I first got my NUVI, I download a whole bunch of foreign language voices for fun. Well, the fun is over. Can I delete the ones I don't want (Windows Explorer).
The same question for the extra help files.

Please put unit type in post title
I'm new here; first post.
Just read the thread on Canadian speed limits. Have never seen these on my Zumo 550. Most of the posts do not mention what units are being used, so I was unable to tell if this feature is supported on my Zumo.
Anybody know?

City Navigator 2013.10 North America has been released
City Navigator 2013.10 North America is now available for download from the Garmin website.
I used an earlier version of Option2 to start the download but it is also available via myDashboard

Garmin Red Light Cameras
My Garmin-supplied redlight camera alerts are no longer working. The only thing I've changed is that I'm using some of the free Custom POI's here.

Redlight and Speed Camera POI
I have a 3790LMT I have updated the Red Light and Speed Camera. Is it possible to have 2 different sets of POI. One set shows that they start in Austin, Tx and the other set shows that it starts in Round Rock, Tx is where I live. I have tried to delete and download again with the same result.

Mounting Discs
Until now I have never used one of the mounting discs that come with Garmin GPS units. However, I bought a 2010 Honda Accord earlier this year and I am now giving it some thought. Anyway, for those of you with experience using the Garmin mounting discs, how well do they work for you?

Icons on 1450
I have successfully uploaded several POI files to my Garmin Nuvi 1450 but the Icon .bmp files from POI-Factory do not show up on it. I have ensured the names are the same and they are in the same folder prior to upload. Other (non-custom) icons show up normally. What am I missing?

Splitting maps between SD card and Garmin
I've searched for days and maybe I'm just not searching on the right things. But I'm thinking there has to be a simple write-up on how to download a new map and split it between card and internal.

Transfering Favorites
While researching new GPS units, there was a GPS review that indicated how easy it was to transfer GPS favorites from one GPS unit to another. Does anyone know how it's done?

POI's for Nuvi 2595
Just bought a new Nuvi 2595 to replace my old 750. When I added all of my POI files via the POI loader, everything went smooth. Then I opened the custom POI area on the 2595 and instead of the nice list of the POI files, it only shows me addresses. To me that's pretty useless. Am I doing something wrong? I just want to see the list of POI files on the device

Loading POI Files on nuvi 2555
Replacing my nuvi 660 with a nuvi 2555, having a hard time loading my POI files on my new 255. Message "no devices were found". Next measage is "You may also need to set the interface option on your GPS to Garmin or Host". Haven't had this problem with my 660, what's going on.
What is the newest Garmin Available and what does it do
As I read these posts I find there are way to many versions of Garmin GPS systems. I can understand the company trying to baffle the public just to make a profit but one should know someone to respond with a knowledge what the difference is between their products and if the new number has real improvements or just window dressing.
