I need help with POI files

sad I am not a newbie. I have downloaded custom POIs successfully to my 750 and to my new 3490 in the past but I am having trouble now. The data gets downloaded but ALL of the individual poi's show up and NOT the categories. For example if I download Diners Drive ins and Dives, every single restaurant is in my Custom POI folder but not the category of "Diners Drive ins and Dives"

I have read and reread the instructions for POI installation and cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong. Can someone please help?

Folders on the PC become categories

Keep your POI files on the PC in subfolders, each named for the category. In POI Loader, browse to the top folder containing all the subfolders. The name of the subfolder becomes the name of the category in the nuvi.
