The number of speeding tickets issued by the City of Edmonton to motorists driving less than five kilometres per hour over the speed limit is too sensitive for councillors to discuss in public, says a city report.
safety takes a back seat to revenue, tell me it isn't so.
Cities should have brain stormed better ways to generate extra money (stadium concerts, fesivals, water parks, ect) without robotic ploys to bankroll themselves.
Can someone share with me how I can upload some icon BMPs I have created?
Let me be the first to through out a Happy Veteran's Day to all our vets. Without you men and women, we would not enjoy the freedom that we enjoy today. There is, and will always be, a rivalry between the services; but when it comes down to it, all vets will stand together. It is one big club and I am proud to be a part of it. God bless all the vets and God Bless America!
This week we’re recognizing, Sirkull!
Sirkull has been a member of POI Factory for over six years. He’s updated all of his POI files in the last few months, most recently the Dollar Tree and Racetrac USA.
Thanks for all you do, Sirkull!
Hello, I have been a member for 15 minutes. The reason I joined is because I love Microsoft Streets and Trips, and it is no longer in business. I am likely going to move to Delorme, but what I want is on back order. Some Streets and Trips Folks provided extra POI lists, but not in cvs format. For example, Flying J/Pilot Truck centers.
So I am new, and can use any suggestions. Sue
Garmin hasn't invented a political GPS that guides some politicians through the mine fields of campaign gaffes
Just found out something interesting...LORAN is coming back! LORAN was the precursor to GPS and was developed and used during WWII. It seems that the English have a Plan B for their ships at sea in case GPS ever goes completely out...eLORAN.

In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Happy Halloween to all.
Has anyone figured out a way to sort the results of a POI Factory search?
Search results aren’t listed alphabetically or by date. What algorithms are used to determine the order?
I’m sure this question has been asked before but when searching the topic, the answer (if any) is buried in 40 to 100+ pages of results depending on how I word the search.
