anyone paying income tax now?

I owe the state, so I am mailing the return today.

Why file electronically when it costs money, and I owe, right? lol

I am used to a decent federal refund because I contribute more--that came very fast this year when I e'filed. I save this money until August, at which time I use it for the school taxes (we get 3 tax bills in PA, the school being the heftiest due 8/31).

This Digital Location Tech Could Help Emergency Crews Find You In The Wilderness

What3words divides the surface of the entire Earth into 57 trillion squares, each about 10 feet (3 meters) on edge. It then assigns a unique three-word label to each patch so hikers can find a trailhead, mail carriers can deliver the mail and tourists can find their vacation home.

This week, we're recognizing, Phranc!

Phrac has been a member of POI Factory for over 13 years!

He's being recognized this week for some of the behind the scenes stuff he does to help us out.

While some people have had less to do during the last several months, between POI Factory and our commitments to our older family members and friends, we've been busier than ever.

the new garmin express (stopped working )

I down loaded the new garmin express, and after a couple of days i could not get it to come up on my HP desk top computer. I had to get microsoft help and they took over my computer and said that the new up date was causing this. So i went back to the old one and no trouble! Has any one had this problem?

Password issue

I've tried three times to change my password. The form "accepts" the password but the new password doesn't work. I end up asking to reset my password. Is anyone else seeing these problems?

Happy Canada Day

Happy Canada to All Canadians.

anyone ever buy new HVAC?

It's certainly interesting. The current system was installed 3 years after I bought the house, and the central AC lasted 17 years under my use. It broke last year (took off the humidfier and the evaporator was a block of ice), and since R22, it cost $200 to recharge, and it only lasted 8 days. So I knew it was coming.

Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers Day!!!

Interesting article about GPS

Although the content is written about a GPS watch as the device, the content applies to our car mounted devices as well. It's an interesting read but you can quickly skip to the numbered sections; i. e., 1, 2, 3,etc.
