I got a new knee almost two weeks ago. Not enjoying the PT but it's necessary. Have a wonderful week.

She says that the more therapy that you do, the better the results. She did therapy for about 5 months and wishes that she had done about 2 months more. Good luck with the therapy!

Record Rain in St. Louis, MO

Overnight, over a foot of rain fell in parts of St. Louis, MO with water rescues and stranded cars and semi Trucks. Reports of drain covers blowing off with a water geysers.

Lost Yesterday
