Can anyone help a new GPS user and new to this forum.

I just recently purchased a c330. I was wongering if you could change the voices on it, if so where and how?

I do not know where to install a POI in my computer.
I have a windows XP Home adition..Where do I put the POI? How do I set it up? Then how do I install it on my Garnin c330??? PLEASE HELP MEEEEE

I would like to increase the number of Recent Finds that my Garmin Street Pilot 2730 saves. I have been scouring the web and the manual, but I cannot seem to locate how to change that. Does anybody know how to increase the number of Recent Finds?

I was wondering what is available to load on my 2730 for the drive.

I have had my Garmin StreetPilot 2730 for about a year now and I loaded up a number of POIs. Most of them from POI Factory, but some that I created. What is the maximum number of POIs that I can put on this? I realize that it isn't probably a finite number, but how do I tell if I have used say 10% or 50% or 75% of the memory?

I created a POI file with 75 POIs in it and uploaded it to my Legend Cx. When I select it only 50 POIs are displayed. Is there a limit of 50 entries total or just a display limit of 50 with the other 25 waiting in the wings, so to speak?

I bought one of those Kenwood Garmin in dash units and want to load POI on them, is it basicly the same procedure, just load it on the card and put the card in the unit ? Is there anyway to get it on the unit with out ripping my dash appart again to get the unit out ? maybe thru actuall kenwood receiver ? thanks in advance for the help.

I like dirt roads and we have quite a few around here. Many are in great condition and even allow fairly high speeds. They make for great drives off the beaten, paved path.

I have a Garmin C580, updated.

anybody knows anything about external antenna, is it worth it? I read reviews on amazon.com and some people love it and some people say it's useless. Any toughts?

I purchased my c330 at the end of August/07, but i'm not sure if I have the lastest maps. When I registered my GPS on garmins site, its says I have this.

I have a Nuvi 750 on order and am anticipating its delivery in October or November. In preparation, I am trying to creat a route of a vacation I will be taking in Mexico next January.

At times my c530 won't work from it's own battery power even it it have been charging for a while. Seems like it does this after downloading from a computer. Anyone else ever had this problem?

Hi all, first post, so please pardon my stupidity.

I have sent wrong maps to my Nuvi 250, how can I erase all the maps other than the base maps “City navigator North America NT8”? When the unit starts I get “can’t unlock maps message”. After that message I can use the North America maps. I am looking a way to remove “can’t unlock” message.

I have uploaded a .csv file on my Nuvi 670 using the Garmin POIloader.
According to the tool I installed successfully 250 POI's.
But in the menu "Custom POIs" are only a couple available - maybe 15 or so.
I tried also other files with the same problem.

I hope somebody can help.

I just purchased a new 350 for the wife last week. It has the v7 maps. I know I can call Garmin and get a free update to the v8 maps.

I own a 360 with v7 maps. Can I use the same updates for both units?

My Nuvi 360 keeps losing sattelite reception on a clear day, and also at times cannot aquire satteleites when I turn it on.

I have reset the unit using the reset button.

Any help appreciated.
