Return Nuvi 660 and get a 760?

I just bought a 660 and then found out that the new model, the 760, is just around the corner for the same price.
I have a bit of time to return the 660 without a penalty, so I'm wondering what others would do in my place? Keep the 660 or return it and get the 760?
It seems that the early 760 reviews suggest that the "small" differences between the 660 and the 760 are in the 760's favor, but that there was a slight suggestion that the 760 was "dumbed down" from the earlier Nuvi's. I'm not sure what the reviewer meant by this.
I'd appreciate any suggestions on making the choice between the two models.
Since I always use the device plugged in, the battery life wouldn't be an issue for me. I haven't used my 660 long enough to get why the multiple routes and waypoints are important or even how they'd be used.
I assume that as I become more familiar with using a GPS device, that I'll get why others feel that this is an important feature, so I guess it's something that I should have???
For me the one new 760 feature that I particularly like is that I could choose a QWERTY keyboard layout, but the internal antenna presents a quandary for me. On one hand, I like the idea of not having the antenna sticking out, but one reviewer suggested that the 760's ability to acquire the satellites would be diminished by its internal antenna. I presume that if this is so, it's not a "good thing."
So I'll ask again, are the differences in the 760 worth switching for, considering that it should be around the same price that I paid for the 660? Also, there may be a price drop on the remaining 660's that I might take advantage of.
I appreciate the feedback from you experienced GPS users.

I'd get the 760
That would be my choice.
If it's the same antenna system used as in the C550, sat acquisition has never been a problem. I use mine in an Explorer and Camry, both positioned under the radio forward of the center consoles, nowhere near a window. I've never had a problem. I have traveled from Tx to NY and back, never lost a signal (except while walking in Manhattan, that's another story).
My personal theory, is the 7xx series will be a slightly more stable platform than the 6xx's
For the same price, I'd definitely go for the 7xx.
........Garmin StreetPilot c550 / Nüvi 765...........
You can add an external antenna
In the event you dislike the performance of a 7xx should you get one. And Nuvi-friendly antennas can be had via Ebay for a very reasonable price.

Thanks for the comments.
Unless a real negative issue turns up, I will go for the 760 after it's been available for a little while. This will mean being without a device for a time, but since I'll only be driving locally after our trip to Arizona, that won't be a problem.
From what I've seen of other new electronic products, getting the very first production run is always risky. Also, waiting will allow time for the pricing to become more competitive.

I don't think that it really
I don't think that it really matters, if there is a bug, they can update it through the web updater. Might as well get it now, if you aren't going to have anything at all.
Now, if you already have a GPSr, then yeah, I agree...wait for a few mnths.

Agree with Genet

I agree with Genet. Early production runs can have problems with software and also circuitry. I would wait awhile for Garmin to resolve circuitry improvements/issues.

Nuvi 660
Tiger Direct has the 660 for $579, and a friend told me he found one for $521, so Yes the prices on the 600 series are coming down.
760
The advantage of the 7xx series (to me) is that they will take either the FM or MSN traffic adapter. The 660 only takes the FM. I can buy a 750 and give my wife the 660 with the power adapter from the 750 giving her a 650 and I can take my FM adapter and the 750 and have a 760 with the option of getting an MSN adapter in the future.
Or I can just wait and see how the Dash works.
I've got mine on order
The charger/battery started giving me problems on my nuvi 660, so I returned it to Costco yesterday. I researched the new 750 (Don't want the bluetooth stuff any more), and pre-ordered one online from Mega GPS. They're expected in 3-4 weeks & cost only $490.
As compared to my old 660, there seems to be better routing capabilities, the qwerty feature, and several other little fixes that I had found "Fixable" in the 660. If you d/l the 7 series from Garmin, you can check out all the goodies. I think I'll be pleased, AND, it is costing me about a hundred bucks LESS than my 660.

I'm still not sure the 760 is the best choice
I've read several threads on GPS Passion that said that the 700 series built-in antenna setup was not as good as the 600's flip up.
I'm pretty sure that I'll be returning my 660 and waiting a while to see if the comments online from 760 owners are positive or not.
One way or another, waiting a bit should mean that a better deal should be offered on either unit.
As far as features, I've been happily impressed with using the 660's bluetooth handsfree feature, so I will definitely want to have it, whichever model that I end up with.
