I have been adding sound/icon files to my customer POI's and wanted to know if I can do it with my favorites? I have Nuvi 660. Thanks.

I don't believe that you can. I can't on the nuvi350

You can't add Custom sounds/icons to your Favorites, however, you could make a POI file out of you current.gpx file (which is your Favorites) and set a Custom alert and/or icon for that.
