New here with a sound question.
I hope this is a good spot for this question. I feel like a bit of an idiot because I can usually figure these thing out, but not this time.
Ok, here goes...how do I download sounds from the sound page here. I am using a regular pc. When I click on the sound it plays the sound. If I right click on it I don't get a option to save, or save as. I can't figure out how to save to my computer. Help?

Hello, Everyone. I am new to the site. As I was searching forpois, I clicked on a link that is in the popular are and I got this users pois links, well before I went to download their pois files I clicked on their picture, and then I noticed that she had the make and modle of her gps, on her profile.

My Domain Hacked
Hey Folks,
My domain was hacked and I lost all the files I host for this website. I have backup copies that WILL be re-posted but they will have a different directory address. As such, I've contacted MaryAnn about getting the new files addresses fixed on this website.

Necessary POIs?
After looking at a lot of these POIs, I begin to wonder. When are they necessary? I think all the Wal-Marts and McDonalds are already in my Garmin Nuvi 765T, aren't they?

Why is this site file centric intead of POI data centric?
I'm new to POI Factory and something struck me about this site right away that, for right now, I see as a serious design flaw. All of the POI data on this site seems to be contained in files and separated out manually. Why is this site not centric around the POI data itself?

What Does a GPS Display When You Travel Beyond Mapping Coverage?
Would it just display a blue screen, does a message pop up, does it simply revert to displaying coordinates? I have never traveled beyond my GPS maps coverage, so I am just curious.

Caribbean Maps and POIs
My wife, two sons, and I may be taking a Caribbean cruise next year. I was thinking that it might be handy to bring along either a GPS or a GPS phone for that trip. Needless to say, my StreetPilot 2730 is a little bit big and cumbersome for something like that.

National Red Light Camera Protest Feb 14.
And you thought it was just another Valentines Day on Sunday.
There are several groups doing protest demonstrations against the Red Light cash cows. Oh, I'm sorry, they are calling them 'safety rallies'.

High cost of Motorcycle GPS
I am in the market for a GPS for my motorcycle. Don't really understand the high cost of them compared to auto units. I guess my only real concern is, when they say bluetooth does it send the voice directions out over the bluetooth? That is about all I need really, to be able to hear the directions in my headset.
