Today I learned that Map Compare allows more than 290 maps to be compared.
From their website: Map Compare shows you different maps from OpenStreetMap, Google and others side by side. Use the drop down menus over the maps to choose the map type for each map. You can move and zoom any map as usual and the other map will follow. Hold down the shift key and move the mouse to that area. You can save the link named Permalink to always return to this page with the same map types and position.

I tried it yesterday. While the default view is Berlin, you can reduce the magnification, and then drag the map over to the US.

There are some shortcuts in the Help area. I am finding that I prefer to use just two maps at a time. (Press 2 to show 2 maps.)
You can also use the search bar to search for a city of an address. (You Press "P" to create a permalink/share a link.)
I also notice that Google Maps display with "For development purposes only."
Thank you
Thank you
Registration off
I tried selecting Michelin Maps and Yandex Satellite, and zoomed out and moved to put the position here in New Mexico.
Zooming back in, I got to quite a bit of detail, but noticed that the two maps were mis-registered by something like a couple of miles.
It may be fun to see if there are other maps selectable which include data over here.
