Disapointing Corporate Attitude to Sharing GPS Data

Getting ready for a trip, so I was updating my files. I was surprised by two editorial comments from those contributing to this site pointing to poor corporate involvement.

Traffic experience during 1000 miles trip

Hi, I just completed a trip from Chicago to Sarasota with a Nuvi 3590 LMT(HD Traffic) and an Android Smartphone loaded with WAZE, Inrix traffic, and Google traffic.

Sometimes watching is good

ran across this on CNN. A red light camera recorded some good Samaritans. As they say at the end of the video - more people ought to help others in trouble.

Satellites Around the Globe

Want to see something really neat and amazing? First off, you should have Google Earth loaded on your PC. Go to the listed URL below, and half way down the page you'll see a reference to the AGI Satellite database. Click on it and download it, to your Desktop or where you can locate it. Now either double click it or open it from within Google Earth and be amazed.

agricultural inspection station

has anybody created a file containing all the agricultural inspection stations?
that will be really helpful for truck drivers, specially for distracted ones like me. passing by a agricultural inspection station without entering can cost you a lot of money in tickets and court and ruining your license.

if already exist con u guys post the link for it thanks.

Europe Maps and POIs

We are going to Italy next month and just ordered the Garmin Europe maps on DVD (yes I know they are almost a year old). I was planning on putting the the maps on my SD card. Has anyone experienced any problems with maps on both the unit (nuvi in my case) and the SD card?
