Ontario to reintroduce bill to toughen penalties for distracted driving

People aren't getting the message. Ontario's transportation minister says he plans to reintroduce a bill this fall that would increase the maximum fine for distracted driving to $1,000 and three demerit points.

How To Determine Value Of Used Garmin Nuvi 350

I am just wondering how I can come up with a fair market value of my Garmin Nuvi 350. I am going to list it on Ebay or Craigslist and I want to price it fairly. It has the Lifetime Maps on it for North America. The ads I have seen list them somewhere between $40 and $80. I think most have maps that are way out of date. Anyway, what do you guys think I should list for a price?

The world has always been a marvelous place, but these photos make it all the more incredible.

News clip from the GPS Innovation Alliance

• Food Production Daily reported that a Colorado craft beer company is printing GPS coordinates on their cans for a scavenger hunt. The contest guides consumers to one of 24 different locations in Colorado; once all 24 locations are visited, participants are awarded free Denver Beer Co. products for a year.

Intro

Got to this site because I was looking for info on how to manipulate files on Garmin nuvi for map update. Found some interesting info here, thanks in advance. I just purchased the 2015.10 one time upgrade for download. Once installed I went back to Garmin Express to check things out and much to my amazement there was a 2015.20 update available.

Looking For Twin USB/DC Socket Adapter

I am looking for help finding a suitable adapter for my vehicle. I have used one of these http://tinyurl.com/qd3efdm in the past, but the weak point seems to be the swivel. I am currently using this http://tinyurl.com/p66lsqq but I need two 12 volt DC outlets. I like the TomTom version because it doesn't have the swivel head.

Choice of Multiple Routes

One feature that I like on my built-in GPS (Lincoln) is the ability to choose from multiple routes. I don't like a lot of features--like not being able to use a large computer screen to program the route and transfer it to the GPS.

Cat scales update

Yesterday I downloaded the current CAT scale locations as the file on the site was last updated in '07 I uploaded a csv file for it. After uploading I saw a post that someone would like to see the city/state added in, which I did today. Once I see the file posted I will update it with the version that includes the city/state.

Site slow?

Is it me or is the site slow on page loading tonight???
