Looking For Twin USB/DC Socket Adapter

I am looking for help finding a suitable adapter for my vehicle. I have used one of these http://tinyurl.com/qd3efdm in the past, but the weak point seems to be the swivel. I am currently using this http://tinyurl.com/p66lsqq but I need two 12 volt DC outlets. I like the TomTom version because it doesn't have the swivel head.

Choice of Multiple Routes

One feature that I like on my built-in GPS (Lincoln) is the ability to choose from multiple routes. I don't like a lot of features--like not being able to use a large computer screen to program the route and transfer it to the GPS.

Cat scales update

Yesterday I downloaded the current CAT scale locations as the file on the site was last updated in '07 I uploaded a csv file for it. After uploading I saw a post that someone would like to see the city/state added in, which I did today. Once I see the file posted I will update it with the version that includes the city/state.

Site slow?

Is it me or is the site slow on page loading tonight???

Short yellow lights in Florida

On the news today in Florida it was determined that some red light locations had shortened the time of yellow lights to increase the amount of tickets written and thus more revenue. A local news station reported on this and the timing was changed back to where it should be. This is another blow to red light cameras. Hopefully they will go away soon.

Lady chat

I'm sure there are plenty of other Garmin gals out there - what are your favorite POI files? One of mine is the POI on all the outlet malls. Would love to hear from you.

Keeping The Windmill Alive - Your Last Trip? – August 2014

In danger of losing your windmill?

Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).

Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Built-in Auto GPS Systems

2014 Toyota Sienna with the factory built-in navigation system. Not only is the info often vague, but 15% of the time totally erroneous! It is deficient enough that it will play a part in my decision to stay with Toyota in the future. Is anyone aware of any built in systems using Garmin data? I always found the hand held Garmin units to be spot on!

New member can't see POI files

I created a list of VW TDI (diesel) mechanics (http://www.poi-factory.com/node/43101) and put this link in a TDI forum on another site. The folks over there claim they can't see the POI file on this site. Looks like you need to be registered/logged into this site to see files. However, one person did register and still can't see the files associated with this link. Any clues?

These smart shoes vibrate to point you in the right direction

Sounds cool. Maybe an insole would be better though. I can's see me wearing anything like what's pictured.
