I have updated to latest map update.Now i have a terrible lag.I did a hard reset that did not help.Can i go back to last map?Any other ideas?

Does anyone own a 1390T, and if so, what is your opinion of it? A family member is strongly considering the 1390LMT (same unit but with lifetime map updates). The unit seems to get good reviews but some say the audio is not that loud. I remember reading the same thing about my 265WT but mine is plenty loud! Sometimes too loud. The other cons I've read about in reviews do not concern me.

I just discovered something that probably explains why sometimes my 855 can set unused for four or five days and the battery will be down a couple of bars, the next time it might set for two days and the battery is stone dead.

I have a 755T. After I download a POI file from POIFactory, let's say one entitled "Passport America Campgrounds", how do I access that specific list of locations while using my GPS unit in the field (not plugged into the computer). For example, I want to know just which campgrounds in a area are Passport America, not every CG in the area.

I have a Garmin 785 Nuvi. Recently it has given me speed alerts. First it starts in grey color and beeps. Then it changes to red in color and still beeps. The alerts show 3mph to 7mph. These alerts occur on many locations in the US. This is NOT the same as the speed camera download although it acts very similar. Question is how did I acquire this new alert?

How do I get to the change history on the Garmin site for a particular unit? Going to downloads just tells you to use webupdater, but I know you can get to the change history page another way. I'm trying to find change info for a friend.

Last year I got a great deal on a Nuvi for my wife during Black Friday sales. This year, I am looking to upgrade from 765T. I am sure there are other out there looking for a good deal on GPSr's. So if you see a good deal, please post it here so everyone can benefit.

I tried to activate Birdseye but it rejects my Dakota 10. Garmin support is giving me a refund and told me that the Dakota has no expandable memory and only the Dakota 20 will work with Birdseye. I do have about 950 MB of data memory on the Dakota 10, but no maps can be purchased for it. Rather it can work with Map Source for Topo 24K as an example.
