I've been having trouble with my Garmin lifetime traffic. It's been flaky. No signal. Gray icon. I do think this whole system just doesn't work that well. But I got some helpful information from Garmin and it definitely helped. I have much better traffic now.

If you have flaky unreliable traffic data maybe this will help you.

Nuvi 765T. FW upgrade to 4.0 fixed typing delay. But Language Guide no longer speaks. I seem to remember someone else had posted similiar problem. But after searching for quite a while, I cannot find that post.

Anyway, does anyone know of a fix for this?

I know that my 260 doesn't use Routes so how do I use Mapquest and then send to my 260? Do I still save as Route or do I save as Waypoint? Also where do I then find this info on my Nuiv when I want to use it? Also should I save it to the unit itself or the External Card I have added or does it matter?

I just bought a 465t and was wondering if someone could help me put my saved poi's from my 350 on the 465t? I have over 250 saved poi's I would like to transfer to the 465t, so any help would be appreciated.

I sent my nüvi 760 in for the battery recall. The replacement unit "creaks" when I handle or squeeze it. Also, the touch screen seems to have much more "give" to it than the original.

I had a 760 which was lost/stolen. I replaced it with another one which needed the battery recall done. Neither of those units creaked or had "give" to the touch screen. They were both like rocks.

I have an old 760 and my main issue with it is that sometimes it may take several minutes to lock onto the satellite. I have updated it as much as I can figure out. So I'm considering one of the newer units with traffic and lifetime maps and wondering if the newer models have improved the lock-on time? Seems like tomtom is faster.

With my 1490T I seem to have "recurring-deleted favorites syndrome."

Favorites that I delete somehow re-appear on my favorites list. Sometimes, after I have replaced a favorite with an "updated" favorite with address information, for example, the "old" favorite without the address re-appears, and the new one is gone. Sometimes they BOTH show up.

Wonder what is the wait on the promissed 2300 series, Amazon has a 4 to 5 week wait on units that were supposed to come out on fourth quarter.

PCNation doesn't even have it for pre-order.

Has anyone seen them advertised at other places?

I have a 660 and the ribbon from the antenna to the main body riped (self inflicted). Other than buying a new antenna, anyone know where to find a ribbon? Simple fix, difficult to find...

I have a simple (to you) problem, but cannot get past that. Recently I have abandoned my old good Vista (montrosity) for newer and faster Windows 7 and want to get all aps as I had them before on my PC.

Just got a new 1390LMT. While trying to install 2011.3, when I press continue after: "Ready to update your maps." I get the following error: "An unexpected error has occurred and the program must close. If you continue to experience this, please contact customer support." This happens after communicating with the server.

I was at Best Buy Friday after my StreetPilot C320 seemed to have failed on Thanksgiving.

I happened to see in the BB ad of the Garmin 1300LM and the Nuvi 255WT for sale. Not having looked at GPS units for a while, I decided to do some research on which one I could pick up to replace my C320.

Anybody know if poi's exist for Container Stores?
