Deleted Map Still Appears on Map Info
Hi Folks:
I have a quick question. I used MapSource to transfer a map to my Nuvi 350. I have since deleted the map by deleting the gmapsupp.img file. When I display Map Info, the map still appears in the list of maps. Is there a way to delete that entry? It's not causing a problem, I'm just curious.

Time based speed alerts
Is there any way to create time based speed alerts on any of the units out there? For example a speed zone set to 20mph for 7-9am and 3-5pm for school zones?

Help
I had to reformat my computer and lost the program to change the messages (recalculating) on the GPS.Could somebody please repost the link to the program to do this.Thanks

POI's for Ireland?
Looking to load up some POI's for Ireland but I don't see many here, I think there are only 4 here at POI Factory, Irish post offices, skydiving drop zones, Thai churches and Thai restaurants. Neither broad, nor deep. 
I also don't see any website comparable to POI-Factory for the Irish or euro market.
Have I missed something, or does anyone have any ideas?

Is there a free and easy way to transfer favorites between Nuvi's?
I know MapSource can do it, but it is not free. You have to buy a map to use MapSource. I am changing to a new GPS unit, is there quick and easy way to transfer all my favorites to the new unit?

c550 - Turns off when reaching end of calculation
Hello helpful people!!
Just before we went on holiday to France this summer (we are in the UK) I enabled traffic reception for France and updated the map. Since then when you tell it to do a route in the UK c550 either hangs when it gets to 100% on route calculation or turns its self off. However it worked without problem when we were in France.

Broken sentences
I have had my nuvi 1450 about 5 months now. Recently it has started to break sentences. If I get a voice alert and an instruction at the same time, it will give the instruction priority and break the alert. That is the way it should be, so that is not what I'm talking about.

When I update the maps?
I have 2 different nuvi units and the 1st time I updated the maps using lifetime maps, It downloaded the maps twice once for each unit.
My question is... does it have to do it that way or can I just download it once and install it on both units?

Nuvi 755T shuts down after update
Just updated maps to 2011.30 now unit shuts down after 5 or 10 seconds. Did a hard reset but same problem. Anyone have any idea's?

What's "Enhanced User Interface?"
The GET TURN-BY-TURN DIRECTIONS section of the description of the Nuvi 1450 contains this sentence:
"With the 1450's enhanced user interface, you can slide your finger to conveniently scroll between screens."
Anyone know what this means? The owner's manual, of course, doesn't mention it.

Speed Cameras
Just installed the November 10 speed camera POI file and noticed there were no speed cameras in Illinois. Am I missing something. As corrupt as this state is I know they did not remove them!

poi being visible on gps screen
Hello all. This is my first post and am lost on this item. Most of the time I use my 2820 on my motorcycle. My problem is I have loaded Honda Dealer locations in my 2820 and there is an icon at each location. I have also loaded all of the DQ locations but there is no icon on the screen at the location.
What do I need to do to make an icon show up at the DQ locations.?

What name is my old map under?
I use a Mac, I'm not use to these Windows naming strategies. I know I have the new map on my 660 but there appears to be a 2009 map for a few states that has been on there forever. I don't want to delete the wrong thing but I'd like to get rid of the 2009 map 'cause I keep getting notices that it needs updating plus it takes up room. What name would it be under.

HOV Lane Selection
My Nuvi seems to randomly select whether or not to route me on a HOV (carpool) lane or not. Is there a way to tell the GPS to use a HOV lane or not? (e.g. if I have more than one person or the HOV lane is open to all off peak?)
