Microsoft's Edge browser is in serious trouble
Analytics firm Net Applications revised its methodology to cull bots from its browser share numbers and found that as much as half of the traffic to Edge on Windows 10 was artificially inflated.
Microsoft's Edge browser is less popular with Windows 10 users than earlier thought, if revised data from a U.S. analytics vendor can be believed.

Outlook 2003 Not Working after Microsoft Upgrade
I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 several months ago, without any issues.
I have also been happily using Outlook 2003 with no issues for years. Windows did an upgrade last night and Outlook opens up, but the send and receive and any attempt to export to create a backup no longer work. I get a simple message that says, Operation Failed.

What Pot Really Does to the Teen Brain
American parents have been warning teenagers about the dangers of marijuana for about 100 years. Teenagers have been ignoring them for just as long. As I write this, a couple of kids are smoking weed in the woods just yards from my office window and about a block and a half from the local high school. They started in around 9 A.M., just in time for class.

decreased speed limit leads to increased fatalities
The reasons aren't clear but it might be that decreased pedestrian (and driver?) vigilance is a factor...
