I've been wanting to get a decent waterproof day/night camera that I could set motion detect to capture the wildlife that is abundant in our area...
Decent & WaterProof are the problems... Getting both is a problem.

Finally find a decent unit HiKvisionDS-2CD2042WD-1 and got it off Ebay from a user that had 3 of one type of camera, one of these, and he wants 4 of same...

I went to TurboCC's site and it says that its closing Sept 30, 2018.

Looking for device thats easy to use and can store a large amount of POI's. just want to use for POI's. dont plan on using as GPS just looking for sightseeing/unique POI's in local areas as we travel through.

Did I miss something? What is the barn badge? Is that something new? I don't remember noticing that before and I don't see it listed in the Badges FAQ thread.

In danger of losing your windmill?

Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).

Regardless of Party affiliation (or none, if you're like me), let's pause a moment, think of John McCain and all he's done for the country, and offer condolences to his family and friends.

I saw him only once, at a Memorial Day ceremony in Flagstaff AZ.

Although I doubt this needs to be written, let's honor him by keeping this discussion positive.

Personally I prefer high speed E-ZPass to cashless tolling.

The inherent difference is that with the former, there is still an option to pay cash if someone wants to.

For his failure to disclose the facts about one of his coaches physically abusing his wife, Urban Meyer only gets a three game suspension. This shows the lack of fundamental ethics on both the part of Ohio State and the NCAA.

It's the ROAV A1. I have to say for $56, it seems quite functional. I am even going to try mounting it in the rear just to see how it would work. I used to want a permanent one, but why spend almost $500, when it will be outdated in 1 yr.?

I ran across this discussion in the weather related WXForum (wxforum.net). I know POI Factory members have had discussions about the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) WWV and WWVB radio broadcasts from Ft. Collins, CO that are used to update radio-controlled clocks commonly marketed as "atomic" clocks and watches.
