This week we’re recognizing, soberbyker!

Soberbyker has been with us for over 6 years.
He recently updated his speed trap files for PA I95, but I’m mainly recognizing him for his contributions to our discussion boards. I’ve read many of his comments on various topics and appreciate that he often provides additional information or sources to help broaden the perspective of the subject.

Just got 2018 Legacy with 8" NAV that uses TomTom.

Anyone have experience with Subaru NAV?
I came to intersection of 2 state hwys and NAV rebooted. Trip route continued but curious if that tells me "something", like the ontersection doesnt match my map, etc. I checked via wifi and system showed 'map up to date'.

This week we’re recognizing, Gordyo!

Gordyo has been a member of POI Factory for over 10 years!
He maintains the Marriott Properties POI file and last week he introduced many of us to the Internet Archive via the Free Public Domain Movies - TV thread.

Automobile Smartphone Or GPS That Runs Google Maps

My wife and I were driving this morning and she told me that she has had it with Garmin. We live in Minnesota, but she was in Nebraska last week and the Garmin she was using had problems finding what she wanted. She said that the Google Maps found it right away.

This week we’re recognizing Bob.Sedona!

Bob.Sedona recently uploaded a new POI file Oregano's Pizza Bistro and, like his did with his other pizza POI file, he included a great picture.
I have to be honest, I’m not usually a fan of Chicago-style pizza, but these pictures make it look delicious!

Connected Car Devices

I am interested in hearing who here has added internet connectivity to their vehicle(s). Honestly, I didn't pay real close attention to this until a bit earlier this year. I found out this spring about the AT&T ZTE Mobley with $20.00 per month for unlimited internet. I then bought a mobile hotspot device, switched SIM cards, and I have been happy with it.
