I am not sure what software it is, as i only check for updates when i am changing the music on my Nuvi 660. but has anyone had any problems with the new download. I have had my 660 for about 8 months and never lost satelite reception, now after the update about 10 days ago, i lose reception 2-3 time per drive, not per day per drive.

i have the gem mine poi loaded and was wondering ,has any one ever visited the emerald hollow mine in hiddenite n c any comments or suggestions ?? thank you

I read that if you apply the Navigator 2009 maps, your Garmin lock feature will not work anymore.

Can someone confirm or tell us this is not true?

For those of us using traffic, and are wondering if one edges the other out in one way or another I give you this must read post from Steve S.

I can confidently say that there appears to be little or no difference between the traffic information content on TMC and that on MSN. However, there are some display differences that might make one think that the two information streams are different.

Bought the Garmin North America 2009 map update.We have 4 nuvi's in use in our and the kids cars. Will I be able to upgrade all four from this one CD or is that not possible?

What it is your "Average Speed" reported by the GPS Trip Calculator ?

After 1 month (30 days) of using the GPS - Magellan Maestro 3225 - every day within GTA - Toronto, Canada, I found that my average speed is 30Km/h for an average of 110 Km / day. I reset the Trip Calculator every night at the end of the day and morning before start.

I've used a U3 drive to keep my passwords for quite awhile now. I have founf that while traveling I can use anyones computer and have all my password accounts available from the U3 drive thus making it not necessary to type my passwords on anyone's computer, thus not having to worry about security.

Shortly after I got my Nuvi 350, it stopped talking. I have tried changing settings, going back to default settings, etc. Nothing seems to bring her back! I bought it from Walmart.com online. Do I have any recourse with Garmin or Walmart?
