Hi Bluetooth users,

My Nüvi 670 makes the bluetooth connection with my iPhone, but all of a sudden I get a "phone disconnected" message on the screen, followed shortly by the phone icon "reappearing" on the main screen. Then the whole process repeats itself, as if in a loop.

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?

About the Red Light Camera alert sounds. I have the RedLight7.mp3 I would like to use. However, for some reason, I can't save the file. Surely my mind hasn't slipped a cog. Will somebody help this old man?

I took my Garmin Nuvi 650 on a cruise out of Port Canavarel to Bahamas Islands, St. Thomas then to St. Martin.
There was the car in the Ocean would liked to have had a boat to replace the car image, but it covered the whole trip.

This is the place to talk about things that are not gps related, you can discuss whatever you would like, as long as it is clean. Remember we have families that have their children involved in the GPS fun and we don't want to make parents feel uncomfortable when their children ask what that word means.

I just noticed Amazon and Buy.com are having a gps sale today if anyone is interested. IE nuvi 270 with transatlantic maps for $302.36 shipped at Amazon.

I have a friend who just bought a 2007 Mustang with the GT package. It has an in-dash navigation system integrated with the radio and a bunch of other stuff.

Does anybody know who makes the navigation system for Ford?

Has anyone tried to download the combination Walmart, Super Walmart and Sam Clubs file lately? I am unable to down load the combination files, but can get the seperate files. Appreciate any help or advice. Thanks RVN4US

I know there have been quite a few discussions about POI Harvester. As said so well by Driven1, it is a tool. I didn’t know about POI Harvester, before I set out to learn a new tool kit for some work related projects so I decided to create an application to gather POI information using the Yahoo! Local Search V2 services. The Get Me My POIs application as stated uses the Yahoo!

I'm having a problem downloading sound files to my computer from this site. I cannot save or save as. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help, thanks.

I downloaded the red light cameras about a year ago. Now I have a yearly subscription and downloaded the updated file. I have the POI's saved in the following folder: My Documents/My Garmin/Custom POI.

I have a NUVI 350, and when trying to create line breaks, placing br with the chicken beeks where I want the break at, the NUVI reads it as text when going by the place or selecting it as a destination.
The line breaks where I want, but how do I get around the NUVI reading it as text?
