After I download this POI *.csv file, how do I upload it to my Nuvi 350 device? to which Nuvi directory?

I bought my Garmin one month ago and I'm happy with it. I got good informations here that's why I already have the Phils map on my GPS. Thank you very much:-)

Today I downloaded with UseNeXT the City Navigator Thailand, that's where I often stay.
I worked everything fine and now I should all the files have on my HD.

Is there any of the Garmain GPS models that have the SPEED field instead of the ARRIVAL field while in Auto Routing? Also showing somewhere the Log. & Lat. of where you are or install them instead of a address.

I would normally apologize for not RTFM, but the 2x5 series has no FM. So I ask.

I have a 760 now and the partner's old 330C finally bit the big one. So it is purchase time. The 670/680/760 are all priced within $20 of each other (unless there is a huge sale somewhere) and one of the features she needs is Street Names spoken and Bluetooth.

I've updated my wife's c340 with everymap on the disc and its on a sd card, the unit see's both maps, should both be checked or use the new version? just wondering about any conflicts.

Don't know if anyone is interested but Meijer's has an online sale going for the Garmin c550 for 169.49 with an aditional 10% off. I am not sure if it is still on but when I picked mine up they had free shipping.

Don't we usually get an e-mail warning when our traffic subscription runs out?

I was driving out of town on a camping trip Thursday and the 101 freeway stopped cold with no warning. I looked at my trusty GPS and found out that my traffic subscription expired without warning.

When I got back into town today, I renewed, but I thought it would warn me before shutting off.

Some of them are pretty funny but I wondered if they had 'all' of what the Nuvi needed to give you directions? Has anyone on here bought a new voice?

Instead of booting up my computer or using the Yellow Pages to find the nearest XYZ store -- I go get my Garmin out of the car & look it up. Recently it found me the closest tire store, Baskins Robbins, and Tractor Supply store.

Connecting my 880 to my laptop, RT clicking Properties
shows 1.92 GB USED and 1.56 GB FREE, a capacity of 3.48 GB. I assume this is MEMORY, since I have no SD card in the slot.

I passed thru Greensboro on I-40 last week and according to my Nuvi 660, I was driving thru peoples yards at
65+ mph. Anybody know how new that stretch of highway is? I suspect it's not in the latest map.

I have several addresses I would like to load into my Garmin 370 as POIs. How do I do that? Can I input the addresses into Google Earth and then copy the coordinates into the Garmin somehow.

I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere else in this forum but I didn't find an answer in the FAQs. To run in Silent mode, call POI Loader from the command line with the Silent mode option enabled, for example:

> PoiLoader.exe /silent

How does one "call POI Loader from the command line...?" I'm on a PC running Windows XP if that helps.

I just bought a 660 and SanDisk 1GB SD card.When I try to transfer MP3's or Audibel books to the SD card, my computer says the SD card needs to be formatted. When I try to format it through the 660, it says it cannot.

Exchanged the card for a new one (suggested by SanDisk), with the same results. Anyone experience this or have any ideas?

I want to upload the fire hydrant icon to my nuvi200 so i can log all the hydrants in our distict on the gps. Is there a way to get the icon uploaded to the map symbols?

Has anyone experimented with creating an Audiobook with M4B extension and trying in on the 760? If you put the file on the SD card, do you need to create a directory for Audiobooks?

I have had my Garmin 260W for about a month and just started working with POI's.
Using POI Loader, I have successfully loaded some sites on to my GPS. For various reasons, again using the POI Loader,I have removed them.

Don't leave your brain at home when you use your GPS.
