Hi Arthur,
It's all in the name...
All you have to do to use the voice, over the tones, is to name your .mp3 sound file, with the same name of the poi file, you're associating it with.
So, for example, if you have an .mp3 file you want to use with a specific poi file, then just rename that .mp3 file, with the same name of that specific poi file.
Suppose you had a "bugs_bunny.mp3" file with Bugs Bunny saying "Eh! What's up Doc" and you wanted to use that .mp3 sound with the redlight-cameras.csv file. Then all you would have to do, is to change the name of the "bugs_bunny.mp3" file, to "redlight-cameras.mp3".
The poi file and the associated sound file and icon "must have the same name" (in order to) work in conjunction with each other. The same principle applies to .bmp files in that they must be named the same as the poi file they're associated with. In this example, the associated .bmp icon, would have to be named, "redlight_cameras.bmp".
HTH (hope that helps)
