A pedestrian is someone who thought there were a couple of gallons left in the tank.

I have a C330.

It will not play MP3's.

Not doing anything worth a darn.

Street Pilot c3xx's can grunt, but they can't sing...

Like donicus said, the SP c3xx series are not MP3 capable. You'll only get a chime when a POI alert is activated. This is true for all POI's, including red light or speed cameras. Downloading MP3's to the c3xx series is useless.

Live your life as you would want your children to live theirs

.

Welcome to the site.

Click on the 'red light cameras' link at the top of the page on this site. The instructions for getting the file and loading it are listed on the page.

The word 'redlight' in the file name will produce an automatic 1/4 mile proximity alert when the file is loaded to a Garmin GPS unit with Garmin's POI Loader software.

Also, be sure read through the 'getting started' and 'faqs' sections linked at the top of each page. Those sections will provide you with TONS of information.

thx

thanks Mama , I give it a try.

Here is a free MP3 to WAV converter, It will take your Garmin from chiming to singing in no time. Just remember you have to have all the same exact names for the POI files, just different extensions.
