Inside Mercedes’ plan to deliver hands-free driving to the masses

When it arrives in 2023, it will be limited.

GPS, where we're going we don't need no stinkin' GPS's

In California, an army of genetically engineered mosquitoes awaits release. Will it backfire?

Oh, now here's a truly scary idea!

Don't get me wrong, I understand the idea and why / how someone could come up with potential ways to address the problem(s). I've not made up my mind as of yet.

GPS Failure leads to death

https://wgntv.com/news/missing-couple-survived-in-car-for-7-...

tl;dr gps guided couple to desert because highway mode not enabled. Their rv became stuck in sand/gravel.

I suppose it's worth looking at an entire route overview when navigating in unfamiliar areas. Or better yet, plan your own route ahead of time using mapsource/bc.

successfully got concert tix 3 venues

I was into shows 1990, and that was the start of where it was all but impossible to get tickets without camping out (nary did I envision people would one day camp out worldwide for a $260 watch).

I went through this "verified" process (quite a few steps it would seem but legit/Ticketmaster) where I guess the idea is to keep the tickets away from bots.

A very annoying first world problem

Chargers and cords!

You have your Apple Lightning.

Then the USB-C which has emerged the front runner.

The micro USB which hasn't gone away.

Fast charging which is usually a USB-C or PD, so fast charger in various flavors, 18W, 20W, 50-60W, higher.

USB-C cables with 60W or 100W designations.

how do you guys look at savings and taxes etc.?

This year, for TY 2021, our refund is about $1500 light.

The reason was the advance child tax credit payments, which I didn't want, but was too lazy to understand how to tell the IRS.

Anyway, I get that many say never have a refund, should be net $0.

My argument to that is we fill out our W-4 accurately, and let it go from there. Married, 1 dependent, end of story.

anyone hear about that Omega-X Swatch watch?

It's a $260 watch made by Swatch, but looks like an Omega Speedmaster.

It was $4,000 on eBay even before it went on sale.

Since we are in Phila, we decided why not take a look on Sat. morning.

People camped out starting Friday at 22:00 EDT, and apparently about 35 people were able to get 1 ea @ $260.

Lines kept randomly forming to get into the store.

New GE V7.12.00

Just now is out the new GE V7.12.0.0
