Got my policy renewal tonight and the rate went down 13.9%. It's 18% lower than when I started in August 2019.

Last weekend, I said huh? Yet another daytime running lamp burned out, on my wife's GM SUV. Again, this is a known issue back to the early 90's and GM has a TSB from 1992-2013. If 3157 bulb burns out, install a higher current 4114 lol yeah that will do it (it's bad advice but I do have a pack of 4114 in the basement--31w v. 27w, not good).

I used the HD POI files that Dave817 posted for several years and was so sad to hear of his passing. While I never meant him he was always gracious when I passed updates to him.

That is two stories, as a DIY project?

I want to have a detached garage, 14x28, and install a Bend Pak lift to work on cars. I think it needs 4.25" of 3000 psi concrete.

There is a lift that requires only 9' of height, and I've seen 14x28 garages with 10'. My current garage is 12x22' and 8'9" high, concrete unknown.

Well, a new problem today with MS Office 2016.

I have had a HP Deskjet printer for many years and a separate flatbed UMax scanner. The scanner was no longer viable because they never provided updated drivers for Windows 10, so I kept a dual boot for Windows XP on my desktop computer just so I could scan when I needed to (that was a PITA).
