old fashioned justice
There's a particular intersection where I wish a RLC cam would be installed....yesterday.
People routinely blow the light, come off the expressway and bypass the line by making an illegal left turn. All because there isn't a camera and they know it.

Keeping the Windmill Alive - Your last trip? - October 2012
In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share with us the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you use it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.) Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Forum User Trends - What Does the Furture Offer?
Technology advances thereby affecting forum usage. Recently I ran across a "Civil War Trails" Android application put out by the State of Maryland that conceptually "wipes out" my North Carolina "Civil War Trails" POI project.

Self-Driving Cars Are Now Legal in California
“On Tuesday, during a visit to Google headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., Governor Jerry Brown signed legislation to allow autonomous vehicles to operate on the state’s roads. The tools that the car uses to drive, including radar and GPS tracking, help manage traffic flow by maintaining a constant speed and can even help reduce the necessary gap between cars.”

Round-about gone wild.
This round-about is new. Traffic proceeds as if it is an intersection. Through traffic encounters 2 intersections and later a merge point. An opportunity exists for T-Bone crashes. I was southbound. A W/B motorist zipped straight through ahead of me at about 45 mph.

Don't be picking your nose
I notice today while coming back from Miami on I-75 Northbound at some entry and exit ramps between Naples and Punta Gorda cameras mounted very low and close to the ramp.

Do You Use You GPS Routinely In The Car Or Only When Needed?
As posted above, I am just curious if you use you vehicle GPS all the time when driving, whether you need it or not, if you don';t even turn it on when not needed, or do you put it elsewhere when not needed? My wife drives a Dodge Grand Caravan and she completely stored the Garmin Nuvi 500 most of the time and only powers it up when needed.
