Outlook 2010
So now I've found out that Outlook 2010 support will end on October 13, 2020. That's nowhere near as bad as Win 7 support ending.

Port Forwarding Question
This is not a GPS or POI question, so that is why I am posting in his area. I bought a DVMEGA Cast, which is an AMBE3000 based Multimode IP radio for DMR, D-Star and Fusion, which are three digital modes used on amateur radio VHF/UHF bands. I also installed a DVMEGA DVstick 30, which, as I understand it, allows the DVMEGA Cast to act as a de facto server.

In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).

Why I back up!
I knew it was only a matter of time before I had a computer failure. I did not expect that it would be a result of installing "updates", but that is what happened. In December, I finally let my Win 7 Home system install a number of updates and - to my horror - watched as the computer began failing as it tried to re-boot and "configure" the updates.

interesting cam today
Today I pulled into the car wash, haven 't been for over 6 mos. I noticed that on the selection screen was my license plate and state.
So what.
Yes, my car is registered/insured no big deal.
Just that it would seem that in a car wash such technology would be cost prohibitive.
Asked the guy what it was for, and he said we sell that info for $1/plate. WOW!

NSA Identifies Windows 10 Vulnerability.
The NSA has discovered a critical vulnerability in Windows 10 and reported it to Microsoft (https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/aa20-014a). Microsoft has included a patch to fix it in the January cumulative update released yesterday 1/14/2020. You may want to apply this update sooner rather than later.

To Flu or not to Flu ...
I am just now on the tail end of a nasty bought with the flu. I Ended up needing to go to the local urgent care type place. Not a fan of this place by the insurance wants you to use it instead of the (more expensive) ER. Any some blood work, an EKG, yea I have the flu so the give me some medicine and send me home, saying if it get worse go the the ER.

Lens choices for new glasses
Since it's 2020, shall we talk about vision, particularly eyeglasses?
I recently had an eye exam and am now finding more choices for corrective lenses than ever.
There are the ones for blue screen, but now there are progressives for desk work, which I guess have a larger middle viewing window. One of the things I hated about needing bifocals was losing my side vision.

Get your car painted (paint for autonomous vehicles)
Hurry up and get your car painted so you will be seen by radar and of course those danged robot self-driving cars.
