I have a nuvi 350. I've been hearing about the new lake/trial map soon to come out for this later this year. I was wondering does anyone know that will that have a waypoint tracking line showing where I started to where i end up? Meaning if I'm on a trail or lake I would like it to show me exactly the line I took to get to my destination. May I already have that but don't know about it.

I created a POI file that contains "Recommend Auto Repair shops" from other POI Factory users.

Have you ever found that you are stuck on the road in a differnt state and need a trusted Auto Repair shop, Now you can go to where other POI Factory users go.

If you have a great place that you want to share, let us know so that we can put the information in the file for others to use.

Hi ,i like to tell you about my problems creating my own pois.I own a garmin sp 2720 and i had been trying to use notepad to create my first poi file ,i tried and tried and i coudnt doit, so i had to ask for help and i use "my boddylist " from the forum.I emailed JM and Raybonz and they gave me directions step by step i was trying to save my file as csv format it will always turn into a text file

There seems to be a problem with the updated Disney World Resort file. I replaced the old one with it and my I5 only shows the first entry (Shades of Green) without any info following it and no other locations. I checked to see if the entire file was down loaded and it was. Can anyone tell what is wrong?

Going on vacation in the Smoky Mountains next week so as a whim I thought I would see what POIs were out there. To my surprize I found POIs for the Smokys and Blue Ridge parkway near the Smokys. Wow, that will make for a more enjoyable trip for sure. See more, not get lost. Thanks to GC0110 for both of those.

I know Garmin sells for $35.00

Has anyone found for less, or am I being to.......thrifty?

I was traveling through Mississippi this week and Karen (Aussie English voice) had to tell me to turn on a state route. She said "Turn right on manuscript 30."

My other favorite is right near the house when I have to turn left on Pearl St. N. Karen tells me to "turn left on Pearl saint north."

What is the Difference between Emergency and Pedestrian mode? If necessary, the emergency Vehicle can go against one way streets. The only difference I can see is that it will go toward the location even if there are no streets (in pedestrian mode)

Also has anybody had the problem with car mount that comes with Magellan 4040? If so, who to contact for it Dell or to Magellan?

I sent a request to the Washington State Dept of Transportation to add Longitude and Lattitude coordinates to their Rest Area page in addition to the milepost numbers. They agreed and they are now posted for your use.

Hi all,
I'm new to this hobby and have been using my windshield to mount the GPS. I live in California but have seen drivers, including my cousin (who is using it for 3 yrs) cluttered their windshield with radar detectors besides the GPS.
