Memorial Day

This is the day to honor our fallen heroes who died in the service of our nation. I remember two of those incredible soldiers. Jerry Day Leak was one, died in battle in Vietnam on February 28,1968; and Ronald Perry Coates who died in Vietnam on July 24, 1966. I went to school with both of these guys. I also went to Vietnam. I came back. They didn’t!

Been a long time since I was last on here

Hey everyone....it has been quite a long time since I was last on here, lost my original login info, so I had to start over. Anyway, I'll be putting together a new POI file to coincide with and upcoming Route 66 guide that has been submitted to a publisher.

our 2350LMT gone--replace or not?

A little context, we're planning on getting a new car and it will take 4 mos as planning to order it (GM).

The 2350LMT no longer works.

Should we buy a Drive 53 Traffic and load it with the POI file for rlcs?

The new car will have Android Auto and Apple Carplay.

I've heard Apple maps has rlcs.

Apple has released iPadOS 17.7.8 for older devices

Apple released a new version of iPadOS for older models, including important security updates

Birdfy cam

This past Christmas wifey gave me a Birdfy Cam. Since cancer rendered me out of service I have taken up bird watch around my home. I literally have 14 feeders of differing types around the house.
