I went to the auto parts store and I scored a 5 Qt bottle of FRAM 0w-20 motor oil for $20. The store clerk told me that FRAM went out of business. Their air and oil filter were very reasonably priced. Their competitors are twice the cost. I guess maybe that is why they went out of business

To get the most precise locations of your points of interest, go to the website https://www.latlong.net. Put in the company name, address, city, state and zip code and latlong will produce the longitude and latitude on open street map and on live feed.

I have three GM vehicles, which came with factory installed in dash nav systems. The vehicles all had an introductory On Star subscription, which expired last month. When that happened, I lost the nav system, compass and speed limit display along with a host of other services which I don't need.

British Prime Minister Starmer is ordering a ban on use of social media by kids under age 16. It's expected to take effect in about spring of 2027.

The Polaris Ride Command app mentioned in the article is an app that many ATV/UTVers use for off-road navigation. PSAPs (911 Public Safety Answering Points) in Minnesota and other areas already get the GPS coordinates from cell phones, however.

ALI (Automatic Location Identification)

Norton is telling me that I have several outdated drivers on my Windows 11. Ilet Windows up date whenever necessary.

I'm very hesitant to let them update. Sometimes a particular program needs a specific generation of driver.

Any thought on this?

Has anybody here ever heard of 3M Tape Primer 94? It would be great if it worked with Garmin Dashboard Discs.

I had been pondering buying OnX Offroad for a while now. With 70% off, putting them at $10.50 for a year, I finally "pulled the trigger" this past weekend. I won't be ATV/UTVing for a few days, yet, but I should know more soon.

My wife's vehicle got its first chip on the door. No dent.

I remember this from 10 years ago when I bought a used car and wanted touch up paint--no dealer within 250 miles had it. I was on a road trip for work (stupid stupid I know you don't drive your own car for work), so I checked various dealers.

Flash forward to 2026. No dealer has it, even the GM website is backordered.
