FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD PROBLEM-MAGELLAN 800 ROADMASTER
I Got documentation CD with my GPS,but I dont see anything about installion tool CD,and when I insert the documetation CD, I get FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD and wont install. it gives me a MESSAGE HARDWARE NOT INSTALLED,WIZARD CANNOT FIND NECESSARY HARDWARE.So I need a Specific CD? Magellan has been no help. Can anyone help please?

Address Verification and Other Useful Data
Below is a site that we use where I work to validate our customers addresses. We are also able to get the coordinates so technicians can use them to find places they have not been. The site has 3 levels of membership:Free, Registered and Subscriber. Thought this may be of interest to some.

GPX.YCHAT to GPI
Is there any way to convert GPI.YCHAT files to GPI? I am running a MAC and use Garmin POI Loader. Doesn't seem to want to convert the GPX.YCHAT files. Thanks in advance.

The other day I found some mail in the yard-- it was not mine. It had an address that was close, but a different street. So I looked on a map to see where the street was-- it was not on the local map or index. Next I looked in Microsoft Streets and Trips-- not there either. WOW, could not believe that no one had the street listed.

Broken link
Did anyone encounter problems accessing the POI factory yesterday. I tried to get on and kept getting the message "broken link." I was very worried that something had happened to the site. Needless to say, I am on today and can only express how relieved I am.

Replace air speed devices with GPS?
With all the recent furor with faulty air speed indicators (pitot tubes) causing erroneous air speed indications, especially in the AIRBUS, I wonder why commercial pilots do not insist on backup GPSr to have a more accurate air speed indicator.
If I were a commercial pilot (especially an AIRBUS) I would always bring my NUVI along to check the airspeed...

2010 vrs.future updates?
Right now I have 2009 maps in my 250W ,now when I turn it on it shows I should update to 2010 maps,(not free),I was hoping to download the 2011 maps when available,any advantage to waiting?
