Ver 7.60 software for Nuvi 34xx/35xx/24x5/25x5
Installed V7.60 on my 2495, so far so good.

Fixed several Arabic text formatting and display errors.
Improved results returned from searches.
Fixed an error that caused routes not to highlight.
Fixed a communication issue on some non-US mobile networks.

I'm certain that this one will end up on the SD card.... Last one just barely fit in Garmin....

Garmin Nuvi 2013 Lineup is Here at last!!
I see Garmin just released their 2013 lineup at last! Exciting. A 7" Nuvi for automobile use, previously seen only with other vendors or their dezl truck line. Very exciting. Looks like their shopping / comparison site hasn't quite caught up yet as clicking on features doesn't show all the devices.

Excel vs gpx
I would like to download POI files for my Garmin 2595. Some files are available in .CSV and some are in .GPX files. Will either work in my Garmin? Can I convert the .gpx to excel? Will Excel work in a Garmin?

Garmin nuvi 2555lmt won't boot... at all.
I've got a problem with my nuvi 2555LMT. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it simply will not boot. I get the GARMIN loading screen for about a minute, a quick white flash, and then the GARMIN loading screen for another minute etc. And it does nothing.

Performance advantage to limiting custom POI?
Is there a performance advantage to limiting the total number of custom POIs loaded in a nuvi?
Or to put it another way, does loading too many POI degrade or slow down things like route calulation, screen redraws, satellite acquisition, or other operations of the nuvi?
I just topped 100k when I updated POI tonight. Is that a high, low, or average number?

How do I use a backup
I have never had this problem before. Garmin Express has messed up both my GPS. I. Have backups not in Express rather ones I did myself. How do I use this backup? Do I just copy all the files to the GPS icon? Should I enable invisible files first or will they copy over without that. I had the new maps on my machines and without good reasoning I allowed it to update.

Garmin Nuvi-- Drifting Waypoints....
Since downloading the latest US maps to my auto Nuvi 1450, I am finding that many of my saved "waypoints" have "drifted" somewhat. A waypoint that previously was always at a certain intersection or curb, is now displaced by as much as 50-100 ft.
Has anyone also noted this odd change and if so, what is causing it....?

Nuvi 750 Car Erratic
My 750 car drives beside the road you are on and then it will be on the other side of the road for a while. This happened last night on I-44 a road that has been around 100 years. Its like the sats don't really have you located good or something. This is the one I had trouble loading the update on weeks ago until I got the sd card.

Speech commands
I just read thru the 855 speech command thread and was wondering if there was such a thread for other models?
My 3790 seems pretty ligth on the speach command control.
The first thing I have run across is the inability to search for and then route to places far away "the old near function" using voice commands.

SmartLink and parking
I just got a Garmin 3490LMT and have it linked to my Samsung Galaxy Nexus via SmartLink. What I'd like to do is be able to track where I parked my car leaving the GPS at the car and using my cellphone to get back to the car. I've done a lot of searching and can'[t find the answer.

Adding Folders "categories" on 3590
I just got the 3590 and noticed that there is no place to store a saved place into a file. Much like the 3790, when I visit a customer location I can put it into a folder with customer name. I do a lot of traveling to different part of the US. And since I travel to many locations of sites, I like having the customer sites into their own folder...ie, sprint, at&t.

poi doesn't display (nuvi 1350)
i am newbee @ this. i have a nuvi 1350. i have downloaded a low clearence gfx to my pc. have downloaded the poi loader, hooked the nuvi to the pc and appeared to transfer the file to the nuvi. when i browse the nuvi from the pc i see a file called low clearance.gfi under the poi folder. i cannot fine the poi using the garmin gui.

Maps & My 40LM
My 40LM currently has a Florida Topo map loaded on a microSD card and CN NA NT 2013.20 loaded internally. The map info page lists the Florida Topo map first and the CN map second. Both are checked since I like seeing the topo information as I drive.

I want to free up more memory for 2013.40. Here are some text files that I am not sure about. Which ones can I safely delete?
