Does anyone know if they have actually installed Speed Cameras in the New York area? More specifically, in the 5 boroughs?

I've not come across one yet, but maybe one of you has.

I signed up for the subscription today and download the Speed-Cameras.csv and Redlight-Cameras.csv (Oct-30-2013).

I noticed that some of the Speed Cameras are being labeled as "Redlight Camera". For example:

In Redlight-Cameras.csv, there's a record:

This record is NOT in "Speed-Cameras.csv".

On my Garmin POI Loader, how many feet should I put to warn of a POI for speed camera/ red light camera? Right now I have it at Automatic and also tried 1960feet but it usually warns too early.

Does anyone know if Garmin Cyclops Safety Cameras download works for Garmin Nuvi 3597LMTHD?

1. Garmin Cyclops shows location as "35 MPH Redlight camera" and the POI Factory shows "Redlight camera". I looked at the intersection cameras and they are low on the pole, pointed at the intersection. Don't see anything that lookz like a speed camera.

• 5 to 8:30 a.m. near Hollinger Elementary School, in the 100 block of West Ajo Way; and on Kolb Road near Kingston Drive.

I could not find the camera listed as 2134- RLC - Hwy 82 W & I-75 GA Tifton poi-factory Sep25 13. I went thru the intersection 4 times last week. After the first pass sounded off, I was looking for the camera the next three visits. No sign of anything remotely looking like a RLC or any other camera. Could someone in the area confirm there is a camera?

You number 547 cameras in the NY Metro area. Does anyone know if they are all real and functioning ?

Or are some of them fake? Or disconnected, but left in place just to intimidate us???

I saw on the news this morning that the State of Ohio is conducting hearings on making the use of red light cameras and speed cameras illegal in the State of Ohio. The city of Tampa is adding a red light camera at the intersection of Fowler Avenue and 30 Street. This brings the total number of cameras in the area to 48.

What happened to the poi download of the bell warning and flashing band for redlight and speed cameras?

I have a question having recently joined POI Factory.

I downloaded the trial version of red light camera alerts from Garmin for my Nuvi2495. It works great.
