New maps for my Mercedes
Just bought a Map update from the Mercedes dealer here. They only charged me $94.99 (and that included tax)for the latest latest maps. I looked on line at the mb.navigation.com Here maps for Mercedes and the price is $249. But it says I have to order it from the dealer, so I checked it out yesterday and got it it for $94.99.

Ohio Turnpike and WAZE Partenership
Just been inform by mail that Ohio Turnpike and other state have form a Partenership with Waze to bettere inform Motorist of driving,accident, road condition. ect.I am sure all of you who have EZ pass will also be notify of this by mail

New Member .. Hi, to all of you.
Hello to all , just want to introduce my self .Just when i was
ready to give up on Garmin Base Camp i found Don Norwoods on youtude.which also led me to the POI Factory , wow, i now use
BaseCamp for all my routs .I am retired and ride a 2016 GL1800

Inconsistancies in forum threads
There seems to be some inconsistencies in the way the forum threads work. On some.. clicking on "new" will take you to the "new" posts.. kind of what you expect. But, on some.. http://www.poi-factory.com/node/46835 clicking on "new" will take you to the beginning of a now multi page thread.. GRRR.

Hand Helds & Poi files or Routes
Looking to start Fly Fishing again, come early spring.
Does anyone know if there are any Hand Held GPS units out there that accept POI files or Routes?
Prefer Garmin, but whatever supports them will have to do.

Mahoney is one of the top contenders for COY every year. He’s a file maintaining machine, keeping both his own files and many of the Orphaned POI Files up-to-date. Last year he took on the Rest Area’s files when we were in need and even created separate files per members requests.

converting csv files on mac for Garmin
Hi, I have for years used the red light camera files on this site.I have converted the csv files with poi loader then to my sd card and inserted sd into my Kenwood media player and the files from sd card would be transferred to my Garmin(Kenwood) unit.
Now when converting on my mac and onto sd card and then to my Kenwood media player says sd card has no files??
