Mary Update

Just thought I would let everyone know that I talked with Mary and her 99 yr old mother is not doing well, and she is really busy with family and all. She said she would be back when things get better
May we all send our thoughts and prayers to her and her family while she goes through this sad time..

Thank you. Mother passed away Saturday.
It's been a hard year. I have been looking after my mom for the past 4 years to make sure she had the best care. It was a struggle. She was a strong willed lady. I will miss her but at least she is not suffering anymore and is in a better place.
I am the only one of the family that lives close so when anyone came to visit her our home is where they stayed. We have had constant visitors the last two months. At my age it is hard.
The funeral and visitation are this week so all will be over soon.
On top of all this I fell and receiced a concussion in October and still have dizzy spells every day. The spells are getting better each day so hopefully they will be gone soon.
Hopefully I will be here a lot more soon.

A lot of us can understand what you have been through with your mother but few likely will have had a bad fall. Please be careful, but also please be active.
Being a caregiver is hard on you so I hope you can relax a bit now. Kudos to you for being willing to be the caregiver. I have been singing at assisted livings, nursing homes, etc since 2000 and I know that many people are just "parked" there by their family because they are unwilling to step up and provide care.

Sorry to hear about your mom's passing, she was very fortunate to live to 99 years old. More importantly, she was lucky to have you take care of her in her time of need. I have the utmost respect for you since many children are too busy and can't be bothered with their elders. Hopefully other family members will help you with the funeral arrangements.
I sincerely hope you are feeling better with your own recent ailment and now put this stress you experienced behind you.

I lost mine 6 years ago last month. It is difficult losing a loved one, but it gets better as time goes by. Rest assured you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Thanks to everyone for their kind words and prayers. This "family" at the Factory is so important to me.
The last of the company left yesterday. I have had something to do everyday for quite a while so I am walking the floor. Nothing needs to be done and I have no need to go anywhere. It will be a good feeling soon.
I am the Executor of the Will so there will be that to take care of but that seems like nothing compared to the past few years.
Thanks again for all your thoughts.
I now need to get "Jill Map" out and update her and see if I remember how to use her.
