Anyone know of any deals now or upcoming on lifetime maps? The best I have found is $76. I keep hoping to find lower than that price.

I plan on riding the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive.

Has anyone converted the current Blue Ridge Parkway cvs file at the POI Factory file to a GPX file I can use with my Zumo 550?

Does anyone know the difference between the GTM-25 and the GTM-35 traffic receivers?

I bought the GTM-25 for my Nüvi 255 and am now using it with my Nüvi 1450. No ads, lifetime trafic subscription.

The GTM-35 came with my Nüvi 1490T. I haven't seen any ads yet.

The odd thing is that, side by side, the two units display a totally different list of traffic incidents.

I have a kenwood dnx5120 with garmin. I've done the upgrades to 2011 maps, added a bunch of poi's (thanks to this forum) - but I find that I rarely use my gps.

How often do you use your gps units?

Upgraded from 650, my Q is my 650 when it got near a red
light I would get a audio(Verbal) warning now with my 2360 I get a audio beep not the verbal warning. I have the same verbal warning from the 650. Are there different sound warning that I can use that work w/2360LMT that gives verbal warning.

how do i load excel files or SCV file to my gps

Four the past four years I have driven from Fort Myers Fl to Jacksonville Fl using my GPS. It always took me through the state on a 45 degree angle passing through small towns and many stop lights. I always believed it saved me time rather then go up to Tampa and across to I95 and up.

I just received my Garmin nuvi 3790T and I have a silly question. I'm using the free 30 day trial for red light cameras and when I come up to one it pops up a camera icon along with a mph (i.e. 5mph). I've been trying to figure out what the mph means but can't find an answer anywhere. Does anyone know? Thanks for your help!

I am on my second attempt at downloading the City Navigator Europe for my Garmin Nuvi 3760LMT. I purchased it and am trying to download from the "my maps" site on garmin. It downloads to around 66% in the first hour and then another 26 hours to do the rest.

What vehicle do you use most often on your GPS unit???

I just downloaded 2012.10 map to my 1490t and it works great. Many new streets that the 2011.40 didn't have. I have read of many horror stories about updating software and maps, but as for mine, it went perfect.

I once read that you can convert a new NT map to the old version of NON NT maps. I have a non NT Garmin Streetpilot that has mothered at 2009 maps. Does anyone know how to convert the NT to NON NT maps so that I can upgrade my Streetpilot.

My nuvi 680 is totally frozen. Rebooting doesn't help. I tried a soft reset no good, tried a hard reset when the page do you want to erase info I press continue nothing happened. All buttons are locked up.. I will turn on but I have no control after that.
Help Any Ideas?

Every time I run Garmin's POI Loader program I have to answer so many questions and re enter proximity distances.

Is there a way for the program to remember exactly what I did last time?

I really like the route function of googe maps, where you can drag the route to wherever you like and customizes it.But I can not transfer the planned route to my Garmin. Are there work-around on transferring planned trip to my garmin or substitute softwares?

P.s I heard that with mapquest, you can trasfer planned route. Any other options other than mapquest? It seems unintuitive for me.

I just purchased the Garmin 3790LMT and feel like I am in Android land. All I want right now is something to beep when I go over the speed limit. I see the speed I am traveling and the speed limit, when I exceed the speed limit will it beep or something or do I have to download something.
