what's the proper way to store a propane tank (extra)

I can't resist when a deal seems good.

qty 2 20 lb propane tank fills, $18, Groupon.

We have two tanks. But, I only filled 1, and 1 was expiring.

Google'd and walmart.com $39 for a new tank. I know that's a 2021 price, they are normally around $57 today no matter where, so I order it.

Free shipping, comes next day, on a Sunday.

POI Loader not working in Win 11

Just got a new laptop running Windows 11. Having a problem with POI Loader in "manual" mode. I am using the same CSV file with the exact same name for the WAV file that I have used with no problems on other Windows versions. However, with Win 11, the POI Loader comes up with an error message using "manual" mode. It does not load any of the WAV files.

Dakota County Property Records

I live in Dakota County Minnesota. I was looking at the Dakota County Property Records tonight and entered my home address. In the upper left corner of the website is a ruler icon. When that is clicked it allows measurements. The three choices are Acres (or Sq Miles, etc.), Miles (or Feet, etc.) and Degree (or DMS).

Open Source Nautical Charts

I am becoming interested in open source nautical charts. I know that Open Sea Maps are one of them. Does anybody here have any other open source nautical charts that they use?

Crash Detection Apps

There was a news item yesterday outlining how a crash detection app on her IPhone 14 saved a young girl's life after a serious crash. Thy phone called her Emergency Contact, which was her parents, in this case and gave them GPS coordinates that narrowed the search dramatically.
