L.A. council delays decision on red light traffic camera program
The Los Angeles City Council voted Friday to delay ruling on whether to keep the city's red light traffic camera program alive for another year in order to assess its public safety value and how to make it work financially.

HOUSTON—A federal judge has ruled that Houston’s red light camera referendum was illegal.

U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes said Friday that the issue as presented on the November ballot violated Houston’s city charter covering the repeal of an ordinance. Hughes said the election was too late.

Hi, I was wondering if any of you do a virus scan, etc.. on your GPS units??? If so how often do you do them??

I downloaded a software update from Magellan and saved it. I hooked up my explorist600. My PC recognizes it. When I click on RUN, I get this message.

Magellan CSR suggested I buy another computer.
Any other ideas?

This is obviously not GPS related but I am wondering if anybody is following this news. I work in the nuclear industry so I get a lot of information and need to pay some attention for work reasons.

We're on Baby Step 2 (BS2) - pay off all debt (and we got alot). We changed our vacation plans for August 2011 to involve more driving and less other stuff and we're going to be relying on our Nuvi and its POIs even more.
