Anyone here following Dave Ramsey's 'The Seven Baby Steps'?
Essentially, Dave Ramsey's 'The Seven Baby Steps' are an ordered process of being debt free and then buying things after saving. http://www.daveramsey.com/new/baby-steps/
We're on Baby Step 2 (BS2) - pay off all debt (and we got alot). We changed our vacation plans for August 2011 to involve more driving and less other stuff and we're going to be relying on our Nuvi and its POIs even more.

North Carolina Boat Ramps
With the advent of summer, boat ramps become popular. A new boat ramp was recently opened in Morehead City North Carolina and it was "full" over the Memorial Day Weekend.
The Garner News recently posted this article: "N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission’s 200 boating access areas serve over 300,000 registered boaters" I don't know if the URL below will stay valid past a couple of days.

Which GPS to look for.
Good morning,
I am new here, and was insearch of some opinions on a sutable GPS to get.
My wife from time to time need to get to a bathroom PDQ. I need a GPS that will keep track of POI's, and when I need to find the nearest bathroom, reset my rout to the nearest POI on the screan that I touch, as well as tell me what it is.
Any suggestions?

Huge Solar Flare Could Disrupt Communications
"An unusual solar flare observed by a NASA space observatory on Tuesday could cause some disruptions to satellite communications and power on Earth over the next day or so, officials said."

Open Office
Just wondering; how many of you guys (and gals) use Open Office instead of Excel or Notepad when using POI files. I just recently learned of Open Office and was wondering if it was any good at this sort of thing.

DIFFERENT ROUTE
This is new to me and never happened to me before.
Last week I was going for 3 days training in Cleveland.
I enter the destination and it show on my gps that was 28 miles away.
On the way to go it give me one direction to follow, But on the way back it give me a different route to come back Home.
3 times I went and 3 times it give me the same direction.
