hello, I'm hoping that I can hook up a GPS that can use a Bluetooth headset for talking to the GPS or make a call through it with my phone. I see that the Drive Smart line (I have 3 Nuvi's) allows making calls but I haven't seen that a headset can be used.
Any good advise?

I just noticed that Google Earth was updated on my laptop today at about 5 p.m. EDT. No heads-up, just got downloaded. The new version is 7.3.3.7699 (I don't know what the old version was). With absolutely no scientific research on my part, my only observation is that it seems quicker. From double click on its icon, it's up and ready in three seconds.

Now that will be using my Garmin Nuvi 500 on my GPS, it is time to look around for some suitable maps to download. Certainly, I can Google it and get lots of information, but I am looking for some guidance from my fellow members here.

I am most interested in ATV/OHV trail maps. Garmin City Navigator is great for highways, roads and streets, but most ATV/OHV trails don't show up on CN.

I used MS Word to create a PDF file of the lengthy instructions and Jonathan figured out to create a download link to the file.

You can now click on the link at the top of the page and once the PDF appears, right click on the page and select "Print" in the dropdown. Or you can do a "Save as".

This isn't really about a contributor of the week, actually. It's contribution in general. First I would like to acknowledge the POI Factory and it's contributors just for being here, for being who you are, and for sharing. Whether it's a little or a lot it all helps someone out.

Two different outcomes.

Scenario 1, I know that the prime rate dropped in March, significantly. I do not have a mortgage on our house, but I have a variable rate heloc. So it was April 28, and I see my rate is still 4% (prime minus 0.75% is the rate). It should be 2.5%, as the last change was 3/18.

Few days ago.... 1:20AM Know exact time since it woke me up!

Quick walk around house reveals all Motion Detect Lights are Stuck in ON Mode.... Have to cycle Circuit Breakers to return to normal.... Quick walk around outside indicates whole House Surge Supressor still indicating it's OK...
Back to bed....

Does anyone know how to run a power cable from the passenger compartment to the 12V battery on a Gen 4 Prius?

Hi All,

I mentioned yesterday (May 4, 2020) in the COW awards thread that I got a new 1TB Solid State Drive (SSD) the same day as my COW award. I got the SSD as a backup drive as my External Backup drive was taking hours to backup my C: drive which contains 141 GB. I also have an E: drive containing 190 GB of data which is mostly pictures and Genealogy stuff.

Last week he updated his Bank of America All locations file and wrote up some new FAQ's based on his experience.

Since I am hunkered down at home (retired and at high risk for Corona virus complications), I decided to take a break from my genealogy research. This is my 2nd FAQ in a week.

I was able to put the timeline together based on paperwork.

Our side spray had stopped working in the kitchen, so I called Kohler, and they sent me a diverter and side spray. I installed the new side spray, and it didn't work. I guess that was 2015.
