convert csv to gpx (coordinate in UTM format)
i have problem and confuse, how to convert csv file to gpx file. my coordinate in UTM format, like this :

Air travel is getting worse. With all the small companies getting wiped out it gets harder and harder to get from point a to point be.

alerts
i have a 3790t and when im driving along i get an alert that pops up of something no where near me .....example sometimes when im coming up on a rest area say in texas...i get the little popup that has somthing else in a different state..or somethimes ill be driving along and a pop up comes up of again something no where near me sometimes 1000miles away ........any ideas

Thread Sorting
The current thread sorting scheme is to show first records of the thread first. That makes for a very bad experience. Some of the threads are many pages long. Getting to the current revelent data is a pain.

Are Cameras the New Guns?
I had been contemplating whether to post an article on the growing "illegality" of filming police for a while. While it is not really GPS related, many instances seem traffic related and we have had a spat of posts concerning "privacy". These have included OnStar recording your driving and clandestine installation of GPS devise on a person's car.

Zero Tolerance, Zero Sense
I just ran across an old Time magazine article I had saved. While it has nothing directly to do with Automated Traffic Enforcement, it occurred to me that it would make good reading for city councils and/or police departments considering what leeway should be given to offenses caught on cameras - particularly turning right on red.
