In danger of losing your windmill?

Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).

Anything to keep your windmill alive.

2014 Toyota Sienna with the factory built-in navigation system. Not only is the info often vague, but 15% of the time totally erroneous! It is deficient enough that it will play a part in my decision to stay with Toyota in the future. Is anyone aware of any built in systems using Garmin data? I always found the hand held Garmin units to be spot on!

I created a list of VW TDI (diesel) mechanics (http://www.poi-factory.com/node/43101) and put this link in a TDI forum on another site. The folks over there claim they can't see the POI file on this site. Looks like you need to be registered/logged into this site to see files. However, one person did register and still can't see the files associated with this link. Any clues?

I have been using the above program to create my GPS Routes and have modified the Push Pins in the POI Mega File to fit my needs thus removing and adding pushpin sets.

My computer is old and slow so I purchased a new laptop and reinstalled Street & Trips 2013 from the original disk, but the POI Mega File has to be downloaded and installed from the net.

Well its been a few years, and a couple of million miles since I last logged on. Nice to see the site still here.

After browsing though a few discussions on POI Factory, I decided to register.

I have been using a IWAY600C GPS for the past 6 or 7 years. Microsoft Streets & Trips is used to plan my routes and then convert them to GPX before uploading them to my IWAY600C. It works ... but the maps are completely out of date, etc.

Hi guys , im new here i just got 2798lmt , i also have 3590lmthd so i can compare , both units are great 3590 is like smartphone glass screen 2798 is like any other garmin screen maps idea the same i like screen of 2798lmt its big ,, i specialy bought it to fit in my sienna 2011 , the difference so far i notice is : 3590 has customisible dash board 4 options can be there , time , temp arival time

I wondered about the possibility of taking this idea to the next level. Perhaps a national get together next summer somewhere in the Midwest?

I have a Garmin with life time traffic, how is the way to update the traffic, and I have the FM cable etc and the new USA 2014 map, just I need the traffic info to see what is goin on in the HWAY
