House Built in 2013. From 2013 - 2015 we wired it with ethernet cables and such...Best at that time was CAT6 GB Cable. Retired in 2015.... Very Happy with my work!
We added cables to upgrade system in 2016-2019.... Again, CAT6.. Works fine...

6 months ago we start having strange issues with things slowing down... After Many dead ends...

I've noticed that whenever I come to this website, I'm getting tons of pop up ads, some related to poi-factory polls or ads . Is this my computer or is poi-factory doing this to receive commission? ive tried to adjust my laptop setting so I get no pop up ads but it' s not working. Anyone have any ideas on how to stop this.

Just saw this video of the new layout of Win10.
I wish they would leave things alone. Major updates every 6 month. I'm always nervous they're going to break my computer.

Got my policy renewal tonight and the rate went down 13.9%. It's 18% lower than when I started in August 2019.

Last weekend, I said huh? Yet another daytime running lamp burned out, on my wife's GM SUV. Again, this is a known issue back to the early 90's and GM has a TSB from 1992-2013. If 3157 bulb burns out, install a higher current 4114 lol yeah that will do it (it's bad advice but I do have a pack of 4114 in the basement--31w v. 27w, not good).

I used the HD POI files that Dave817 posted for several years and was so sad to hear of his passing. While I never meant him he was always gracious when I passed updates to him.

That is two stories, as a DIY project?

I want to have a detached garage, 14x28, and install a Bend Pak lift to work on cars. I think it needs 4.25" of 3000 psi concrete.

There is a lift that requires only 9' of height, and I've seen 14x28 garages with 10'. My current garage is 12x22' and 8'9" high, concrete unknown.

Well, a new problem today with MS Office 2016.
